Medellín will host AALS 2026, the gathering of the AIESEC alumni community in Ibero-America.

Over five days, we'll bring together leadership, strategic discussions, international networking, and moments that strengthen our regional network.

AALS 2026 will be held at the V Grand Hotel Medellín, located at Cra. 43 #14-81, El Poblado, Medellín. 

The hotel is part of Radisson Individuals and features 130 rooms, studio and suite options, wellness facilities, a restaurant, a coffee shop and bar, and event spaces.

• 3:00 PM — Pickup at the V Grand Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals, in Medellín.

• 3:00 PM – approx. 3:30 PM — Transfer to José María Córdova International Airport, Rionegro.

• Approx. 3:30 p.m. — Estimated arrival at the airport.

Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes are allowed before flight departure.

Important note: It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before each flight. However, if passengers decide to keep the 3:00 p.m. pickup time, please note that any travel delays, group delays, lines, baggage or documentation processes that create a risk of missing the flight will be the passenger’s responsibility. In the event of missing the flight, all procedures, penalties, fare differences, or rebookings will be the passenger’s responsibility.

• 5:00 p.m. — Departure of flight LATAM LA 4342. Route: Medellín / MDE → Cali / CLO. Estimated duration: 1 hour 5 minutes.

• 6:05 PM — Estimated arrival at Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, Cali.

• 6:05 PM – 6:40 PM approx. — Baggage claim and meeting with the shuttle.

• 6:40 PM – 7:30 PM approx. — Transfer from the airport to the Faranda Collection Cali Hotel.

The trip may take up to approximately 50 minutes, depending on traffic, departure from the airport, and the group’s pace.

• Approx. 7:30 – 8:00 PM — Arrival at the hotel, check-in, room assignment, and time to drop off luggage.

• 8:00 PM — Pickup at the hotel for departure to Mulato Cabaret.

• 8:00 PM – 8:10 PM approx. — Transfer from hotel to Mulato Cabaret. Estimated travel time: approx. 10 minutes.

• 8:10 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. approx. — Experience at Mulato Cabaret.

This experience includes a traditional dinner; therefore, on this day, passengers do not need to go out to find dinner on their own before the tour. We recommend that upon arrival at the hotel, you leave your luggage in your room and be ready in the lobby for pickup at 8:00 p.m.

• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM — Buffet breakfast included at the hotel.

Breakfast at the Hotel Faranda Collection Cali is served buffet-style, with a variety of options depending on the hotel’s operations. Eggs can be prepared to your liking.

• 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM — Free morning to rest, taking into account the late-night return from Mulato Cabaret.

• 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM — Time to get ready and meet in the lobby.

• 1:00 PM — Pickup at the hotel to begin the Barrio Obrero Salsa Tour.

• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM approx. — Lunch included in the tour.

This lunch is part of the half-day tour and will be served at the start of the activity, depending on the provider’s schedule.

• Approx. 2:00 – 2:30 PM — Transfer to Barrio Obrero.

• Approx. 2:30 – 5:30 PM -  Barrio Obrero Salsa Tour. Cultural tour of iconic salsa locations

• Approx. 5:30 – 6:00 PM — Return to the hotel.

Afternoon/evening at leisure. Dinner at each passenger’s expense. The hotel has a restaurant available at an additional cost, open approximately until 9:00 p.m., or passengers may choose alternatives near the hotel, on Bulevar del Río, in Granada, El Peñón, or San Fernando

• 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. — Buffet breakfast included at the hotel.

• 8:00 – 8:25 a.m. — Packing and checking out of rooms.

Important note regarding check-out: Rooms must be vacated before the tour begins, as the day trip lasts almost the entire day and hotel check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Since passengers will not be at the hotel at that time, if they leave their rooms unvacated, the hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding fees or, failing that, the amount equivalent to an additional night’s stay. For this reason, it is recommended to check out before departing for the tour and leave luggage in storage.

• 8:30 a.m. — Start of the Cali Day Tour.

• Approx. 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. — Sightseeing tour of Cali. 

• Approx. 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Traditional lunch included.

• Approx. 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. — Continuation of the sightseeing tour.

• Approx. 4:30 – 4:50 p.m.— Return to the hotel and luggage pickup.

• 5:00 p.m. — Departure from Cali to the hotel in the Coffee Region.

The trip may take approximately 4 hours in good traffic, depending on road conditions, traffic, and the group’s pace.

• Approx. 9:00 p.m.— Estimated arrival at the hotel in the Coffee Region.

• Approx. 9:00 PM—Estimated arrival at the hotel in the Coffee Region.

Accommodation at Hotel Campestre La Aldea, subject to final confirmation. Twin-room assignments, with two beds.

Important note regarding the dinner on the 28th: Departing from Cali at 5:00 p.m., the estimated arrival time in the Coffee Region will be around 9:00 p.m. 

Dinners at hotels in Quindío are typically served between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at the latest. You must confirm in advance with the hotel the possibility of a late dinner, a packed dinner, or special arrangements for the group.

• 8:00 AM — Breakfast included at the hotel.

• 9:15 AM — Departure for the Cocora Valley. Private guided tour.

• 9:15 AM – 10:45 AM (approx.) — Transfer to the Cocora Valley.

• 10:45 – 12:15 — Visit to the Cocora Valley and the Cloud Forest Reserve.

Time to enjoy the natural scenery, take photos, and explore.

• 12:15 – 12:45 — Transfer from Cocora to Salento.

• 13:00 – 14:30 — Lunch included in Salento.

This lunch is part of the three-destination tour and takes place during the excursion, not at the hotel.

• 2:30 PM – 3:45 PM — City tour in Salento.

Tour of traditional areas, typical architecture, and iconic sites.

• 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM — Transfer from Salento to Filandia.

• 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM — City tour in Filandia.

Tour of the main park and iconic sites in the town.

• 5:45 PM – approx. 6:45 PM — Return to the hotel.

• 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM — Dinner included at the hotel.

• 8:00 AM — Breakfast included at the hotel.

• 8:45 AM — Departure for Coffee Park.

• 9:15 – 9:30 AM — Arrival at Coffee Park.

• 9:30 AM — Entry to Coffee Park.

• 9:30 – 13:00 — Enjoy the park’s attractions, guided tours, and activities.

Free time to explore the park at your own pace, depending on attraction availability.

• 13:00 – 13:20 — Transfer to the show area, following the park’s directions.

• Approx. 1:30 PM — Coffee Show, subject to park operations and availability.

• Approx. 2:30 PM — Lunch included during the visit to Parque del Café.

• Approx. 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM — Continued activities and attractions within the park.

• Approx. 5:00 – 5:30 PM — Group meeting and return to the hotel.

• Approx. 6:00 PM — Estimated arrival at the hotel.

• 7:00 – 8:30 PM — Dinner included at the hotel.

8:00 AM — Breakfast included at the hotel.

09:00 – 11:00 — Free morning to pack and rest.

11:00 – 11:30 — Check-out and room handover.

If your flight departs from Armenia, we recommend scheduling an early lunch to ensure you meet the minimum check-in time at the airport.

• Approx. 12:30 p.m. — Departure for El Edén International Airport, Armenia.

• Approx. 1:20 p.m. — Estimated arrival at the airport.

• Passengers must be at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight’s departure.

• 3:20 p.m. — Flight Armenia / AXM → Medellín / MDE.

• 4:15 p.m. — Estimated arrival in Medellín. Approximate flight time: 55 minutes.

Option 2 — Flight from Pereira

• Approx. 1:00 p.m. — Departure for Matecaña International Airport, Pereira.

• Approx. 2:40 p.m. — Estimated arrival at the airport.

• Passengers must be at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight’s departure.

• 4:40 PM — Flight Pereira / PEI → Medellín / EOH.

• 5:25 PM — Estimated arrival in Medellín. Approximate duration: 45 minutes.

If passengers have arranged their own accommodations in Medellín and require transportation from the airport to the

hotel, this service may be provided upon request, subject to prior coordination or a quote.
